Refund policy

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order and it was packaged but not shipped, a restocking fee will apply.
The restocking fee in this case will be 1USD + 5% of the total order.

Returns

All orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a refund.
The refund will consist of the original price minus shipping, gift wrap charges, and a 20% restocking fee.
If you would like to return a product from your order simply contact us, the product should be returned in its original packaging.
You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of us receiving your returned product.
Within the US we can provide a return label. There will be an additional deduction from the refund, for label usage.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and refused packages unless we made an error.

Orders Not Received

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, MyDealSearcher.com is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. If you issue a complaint that you did not receive your product despite delivery confirmation, we cannot credit you. 

Damage Claims

Each package and its contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely.
In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim.
